A few shavings of Rigatello, a Sardinian sheep's cheese with intense flavors, add a touch of character, while pumpkin seeds bring a delicious crunch in the finish.
Our thin pumkin tart is the perfect balance between the tenderness of the pumpkin, the tastefull flavours of the pesto and Rigatello's character.
