It all began in a small Brussels kitchen. Françoise made tarts. Simply, with what she had to hand and a love of good food. Tart by tart, the craft was refined — and the desire to delight people never wavered. What started as a simple habit grew into an artisan adventure, one that continues to unfold across Belgium today.
