This brookie combines a rich dark chocolate brownie with our famous cookie. For an irresistible Belgian twist, we have filled it with speculoos spread, also used in the topping. To top it all off, pieces of speculoos biscuit add an extra crunch.

Our speculoos brookie is soft and crunchy at the same time, with warm notes of cinnamon and spices that make this Belgian creation so iconic.
