Merveilleux
Our merveilleux features a house-made, perfectly crispy meringue base. It is filled with light, smooth whipped cream, creating a delicious contrast with the crunch of the meringue. A second meringue layer rests on top, adding extra richness and an airy texture.
The entire dessert is topped with a fine layer of light whipped cream, dusted with dark chocolate shavings and powdered sugar.
