Do you love the crunch of feuilletine and the indulgence of praline? Our chocolate feuilletine tart is made for you. On a sweet pastry base sits a crunchy hazelnut praline, itself covered with a smooth and light dark chocolate mousse. The whole tart is coated in a cocoa glaze sprinkled with feuilletine flakes. A sober and elegant chocolate dessert.
