Our cherry tart consists of a homemade leavened dough, tender and light. It is generously filled with pitted cherries, coated in cherry syrup to make them even juicier. The whole is sprinkled with cane sugar to give more texture to the fruit and crunch to the pastry. A simple pleasure, even better when shared.
