Our blueberry tart features a crunchy almond shortcrust pastry covered with a custard cream base, similar to a crème brûlée. The sweet and fruity flavours come from a blueberry purée topped with fresh, juicy blueberries. Blueberry season is short, so enjoy it while it lasts!
